Group 1 – U15/U18 Female Program

18 total skates
Skill sessions, shooting sessions, power skating, and compete sessions
Practice Schedule: Monday’s 7:15pm-8:15pm and Thursday’s 4:45pm-5:45pm

High-tempo skills, shooting, and power skating
Elite pace and situational concepts
Practice Schedule: Monday’s 4:45pm-5:45pm and Friday’s 8:30pm-9:30pm
